Performance training support your organization training candidates and select them according to their detected profiles during continuous evaluations.

The program includes structural modules in order to prepare your chief scrutineer as well the whole team.

We are present on site during the first year to support and guide your team. Building your dream team upgrading regional scrutineers or developing a team mixing professionals with motivated students, we have a strong and recognized experience to best suit your plan.
